DELIVERY
Q: How long does it take for you to dispatch my item?
A: Handling time usually takes about 2 working days.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time? Which courier do you use?
A: We ship our products from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post Air Mail and delivery usually takes about 10 to 20 working days. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, recipients' postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.
Q: Do I get a tracking number for my package?
A: Yes, please choose the option of Registered Air Mail which will have a tracking number available.
Q: I want faster shipping, is it possible?
A: We also offer express post which you can choose from at your payment checkout. Since delivery time of express post is different for every country, we suggest that you contact us first for the delivery time before you choose that option.
WASHING & CARE
Q: How do I wash the wig? Any care instructions?
A: Washing & Care Instruction is as below:
• Smoothen the fibre with fingers gently and thoroughly.
• Add one tablespoon of mild shampoo to a sink filled with cold water.
• Put the wig into the water for one minute and wash it gently.
• Rinse well in cold water for a few times or until thoroughly rinsed.
• Shake it out carefully and dry the wig with a towel. Let the wig dry in a natural way.
• Do not use curling iron or straightening irons to style the wig unless specified with
heat resistant fibre.
• Do not style the wig until it is completely dry.
• Hair setting is not necessary since the curls will be back into their natural form when
hair is completely dry.
• To maintain its natural texture, minimize constant brushing and pulling of hair.
SIZE & COLOR
Q: What is the size of your wig?
A: Our wigs are all one size, and there are hooks inside the wig to adjust for different head sizes. However, please note that everyone's head size and neck length are different and these factors could make the length of the wig vary a bit from the length of the wig shown in the pictures.
Q: Is the color of the wig exactly the same as the picture shown on the website?
A: Due to different monitor settings and the lighting of our photo-shooting, color that appears on your monitor could slightly vary from the original color of the wig.

Q: Do you offer discount to wholesale lot order?
A: We do offer discount to wholesale lot order. If you are interested in ordering many items from us, please contact us for price quotation.
PAYMENT & TAXES
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: Right now we accept Paypal only as the payment method.
Q: Do I need to pay any taxes? If so, how much is it?
A: Yes, you may need to pay taxes if applicable, and buyer is responsible for it.
RETURN POLICY
Q: What is your return policy? Do you offer any item exchange?
A: We hope our customers are happy with our products! If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you could return it to us for a full refund or for an exchange. The returned wig must be in its original new condition with the tag attached. Items that have been worn, combed, or washed will not be accepted. Postage to return the item will be paid by customer.
